North Road Methodist Church Durham

We are a friendly and active Christian community in Durham city. All are welcome to come and share fellowship and worship with us. Find us at the top of North Road, next to the bus station.
North Road is part of Durham City Methodist Church, along with Elvet Methodist Church on Old Elvet, also in the centre of Durham, and activities are shared between the two locations.

The church also makes a welcoming venue for wedding ceremonies.

Messy Mornings

A morning for pre-school children and their carers, packed with fun, craft, singing, fellowship and Bible story.
Messy Mornings runs every Thursday during school term time, 9:30-11:30am.

Coffee Coffee Mornings

Usually on the second Saturday in the month, in aid of church funds and outreach.
Next coffee morning: 14 March.

cross Prayer Group

Meet with others to share in prayer. All welcome. Next meeting Monday 6 April, 7-8:30pm.

Craft materials Craftworks

Meets fortnightly on a Tuesday, 10.00am - 1:30pm.

Meet and make! All welcome.

Men's Breakfast

Usually on the third Saturday in the month 8:30-10:15am.
